Carrier Torocco is located behind the Warehouse in Dwarven Village. He appears to be hiding from Rogin who is constantly on the look out for him. He is a member of the Bronze Key Guild but fears they will kick him out when they discover he lost the Star Diamond by drinking until he was senseless and losing all his possessions in a game of chance.
