Hierarch Mitraell is located in The Shilen Temple east of Dark Elven Village. He is the leader who rules the entire dark elf race. He is the Sorcerer who inherited the secrets of black magic from the powerful Dasparion. He also holds the ultimate magical power, due to a Contract with the Drevanul. Currently he is under a powerful seal placed on him from the humans, which greatly weakened the dark elves magic powers.
